I thought I was renting car for Friday March 3-5th, cause I did it online but instead I was given return date till the 4th when I arrived to the place. He didnt even go over contract with me. So I automatically assumed I had it for the days I picked. Then when it was time to get the car it was not the Corolla not even close to what I picked. It was that rat toting car Kia soul and it was bright red! I wanted another car he lied and said he didnt have any available. Brought it back on Sunday no drop box to leave the car had to bring it back on Monday got charged for all these extra days I called him the next day after he e billed me didnt even give me a bill in person or didnt even want to explain to me what he charged me for . So I called back to dispute bill and he didnt want to help me or change the bill smh lied about the manager coming in at 2:00 pm . So I called corporate and the lady there was a charm she helped me and shes really understanding and have customer service skills so I would recommend people to budget just not to go to Hackensack nj area sincerely Tee
