Best Service, great selection of vehicles. Baker was my representative 3 or 4 times already, always helpful. Great representative. Cars always clean and exactly what was reserved.

Final price of $350 rental was more than $450 - too many hidden fees and extra charge surprises.

HORRIBLE experience with Avis. I called to book a rental and the guy Isaac entered all my information incorrectly. I was told I was going to be charged $345 for my rental tax fees and everything. After I called again to update my info and they told me my new total was an OUTRAGEOUS $700 dollars. After I explained what happened to the supervisor she offered no sympathy and no solutions after THEY made a mistake. DO NOT USE AVIS they offer nothing but head aches. It took me long enough to even reach a live rep so I can actually be helped instead if the HORRIBLE automated system. I went to Budget and got the same exact car with all my information entered correctly for $450 total Tax Fees and everything for 5 days. AVIS is a TERRIBLE COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE PRICES.

The guy that works here is incredible. The only complaint I have is that the company not the guy that works there but the company sent me a text at 4:30 in the morning to tell me at the return my car by 9:00 in the morning. I already knew I had to return my car obviously but there is no need to send out a text to wake people up at 4:30 in the morning.
