Budget Truck Rental

I booked a truck on Monday, for Monday. I showed up at 5:00 and the store lists as being open until 6pm. The store was completely closed and I was left without a truck I needed that day. I called in today to get a discount on my truck I still need, and I was hung up on.

I was moving my business locally and had multiple trips of large furniture so I had to rent a truck. This location had a really nice, newer 16' truck which I rented. The agent, Baker was so helpful in allowing me to extend the rental two times so I could finish my move. I highly recommend this location and I really appreciate their help having the equipment I needed.

Rented a cargo van and had confirmation. They didn't have a cargo van so they gave me a truck. I got in the truck and oil light was on. Then a warning light came on about alignment problem. They told me I should have called road side assistance. Really? How about you change oil for starters!

2 days before I am scheduled to move out of state, after receiving two confirmation emails, they call to tell me they have no trucks. Stay away from them, they will ruin your plans.
