      image Stayed here recently ands like others haver mentioned no AC or Heat in the room, safe didn't work asides for like 3 digits the hotel had plumping leaks in the hallways creating big puddles under the carpet sometimes and the pool is still closed.

      image Worst hotel experience ever. Spent 30 minutes trying to check in at 10:30 at night, should have taken 5 minutes. Front desk girl and manager kept answering phone calls and walkie talkies while trying to check us in. Of course the bed we requested was unavailable. Breakfast was typical buffet style, poor quality, eggs tasted like chemicals. There is a MASSIVE convention happening with hundreds of people taking up the entire lobby and other community areas at all times of the day. One of the elevators is down so only two work. Im 9 months pregnant and was waiting over 15 minutes to get into an elevator up to my room. Hair in the shower. They wont let me cancel or give me a refund so I can stay somewhere that is less crowded and just telling me that whats happening here is typical
