I havent used Avis for quite a while but did so on an urgent basis this past week because of the agent processing my rentals ineptitude, my deposit was charged x instead of requisite one time causing overdraft of my checking account of $ 300+ dollars,. Despite numerous calls to resolve this it remains overdrawn. Very bad customer service.
5/13/23- I need to amend this review as avis did their best to make it right, I would prefer that it never happened, but they made adjustments to compensate for the mistake.

The people are always friendly and they always have cars in stock. This office is the reason I'm loyal to Avis.

Had a confirmed reservation.....but they still didn't have a car available. Hours later calling around....Avis kept telling me this location had a car availble. But nope. They can't get it together. Horrible experience.
