My mother in law rented a car to drive 5 hours back to Indiana in on Sunday 2/12, and we had the worst experience. The car she was given was filthy, interior and exterior and smelled. We kindly asked if there was another car they could provide us or if they could properly clean it, but they said no. They gave us sanitizing wipes so we cleaned the car ourselves in the parking lot before she left. After that, my mother in law only got about 30 min away when the check engine light came on, this location sent her to O'hare airport Avis to swap into a new car. Overall horrible experience, and do not recommend to anyone.

Excellent Quality Customer service ,Car's are Clean and sanitized. Good Part is they are open on Sunday.

UBER DRIVERS BEWARE
Stay away from this branch. This branch has bad customer service and they charge your card even after you remove from your profile. They store your card information that they shouldnt have once you remove from your profile and charge you bogus charges. I will be taking legal action against the Indian owner of this particular branch for fraud. You have no god dam right to charge my debit card or store that information after I had removed it from my profile weeks ago.
I will ensure my lawyer will take everything thats mine and more

Great location. No problems renting cars. No lines like at the airport.
