Budget Car Rental

I'm not what sure has happened at this location. Last year I rented from them and had a great experience, but we have rented from them several times in the last few months and each time we've been overcharged. The latest incident, the rental was prepaid but I extended for a few days. When I received my bill I was charged for the entire rental. The previous time there were incorrect incidental charges that had to be refunded. Another time a "security deposit" was charged (that hasn't been added to any bills before or since). CHECK YOUR CHARGES!!!

NEVER rent a car from this location!!! I reserved a car 2 months in advance. When my flight was delayed and I couldn't make it there before they closed, I called to let them know and that I would pay for that day regardless and I was picking up the car the following day. I was assured that this was not a problem, but when I went to pick up my car I was told there were NO cars available. No apology, no willingness to help alleviate the problem, just pure rudeness. I will never rent a car from them again and I usually rent one there 2 to 3 times a year. O stars!!
