EXTREMELY unhappy with my experience. I rented a Nissan Altima from October 30th-November 3rd from the St. Charles location. The car was returned to the dealership that rented it for me on November 3rd. During the time I had the car, I received a call saying I needed to update my payment information. The advisor at the St Charles location told me that they would send a bill to my dealership once everything was complete. The dealership was supposed to cover the cost of my rental. I was bombarded with several calls back to back while I was at work on November by someone from the Hanover Park location. In this voicemail, he tells me I need to update my payment information and if I don’t do it by the end of the day, I will have it sent to collections and never be able to rent from enterprise again. I returned his call with the number given in the voicemail. When I spoke with him, he acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about and said “I don’t even remember calling youâ€, then told me to call the St Charles location. I called the St Charles location and they said that everything looked fine and I did not owe anything because the dealership took care of it. I confirmed this with the Hanover Park location as well. To which I ask the question— why was the Hanover Park location calling and threatening to put my bill in collections in the first place? And if I didn’t owe anything, why did I receive a call? If I did owe something, why was I not informed before charging my bad count $200?? I am extremely upset with the back and forth of this entire situation, essentially being threatened to have my credit drop, and not even being let know that I was going to get charged close to $200, which I DID NOT consent to especially after talking with several different people from multiple branches.

Nice car, good service. Was able to get a Nissan Altima, which is what I normally drive, so very comfortable for me. Car was ready on arrival. Staff was friendly.
