Lauren Santelli, Branch Manager, took care of me when I came in. Although the store was packed and she is the Manager, she took full charge and my wait time was next to zero time. She set me up with a great vehicle that met my needs. Although it's a big company, Lauren put a personal touch on the experience. Her assistant, Sierra was awesome too. Highly recommend because of the two awesome ladies that take pride in helping people with theor experience!!!

Picked me up from my collision center, once at the location, they got me in and out. Lauren was awesome!! Totally helped me out with a car that suited me perfectly! Enterprise is a big company but it's people like Lauren that put a personal touch on the whole process, and I can appreciate that being a small business owner. I don't know about price comparisons or vehicle availability with other companies, but I do know she treated me like I was the only customer, and I appreciate that!!!
