The car got me to and from where I needed to go. At check in I noticed it had expired tags on it and was told not to worry, they had the new tags but it was probably in one of their Missouri locations because the car was registered there. I also asked if there was an owners manual so I could get info if I couldn't figure out the car controls or warning lights. I discovered later, no owners manual. How about you don't lie to me. Then when I got home and started the car, a notification came in that the key fob needed a new battery. I had to take time to take it back to get that fixed. They also disabled the auto shutdown when you are stopped at a stoplight. Why? Don't they care about me saving gas? As I said, it got me to and from, but I didn't need those other frustrations.

Very impressed with this Enterprise location! I was able to book online easily after my personal vehicle was towed in for repairs. I arrived prior to opening and the agents were ready to assist me, allowing me to leave earlier than expected to get to work. They informed me that I could return the vehicle early or request an extension if needed. I was able to return the rental same-day and was reimbursed the remaining charge instantly. Their representatives were even so nice to drop me off at the repair shop where my car was, thanks again Muhammad. I recommend doing research on the available insurance packages offered if you plan on renting often, some may be unnecessary but nevertheless I would recommend this location to anyone. Be sure to have drivers license and a copy of your car insurance ready upon arrival.

If I could give one star I would. Came to pick up our car toward the end of the day, took 5 minutes to get it which was not the problem. My husband and I never received any paperwork OR email with our rental agreement or information. When we picked up the car not 5 minutes into the drive an emergency break alert turned on. Tried to call enterprise back, no answer as well as customer service taking 4 hours to even get a machine. We left a message and never got a response nor did anyone answer when we called back the next 3 days in a row. After we took the car where we needed the check engine light also came on. Not something a rental should EVER have, which shows me the cars are not taken care of. After almost 5 days In the car we got a response from the manager who refunded us. Ended up having to buy a flight back because we didnt trust using enterprise after this. Will not be using them anymore and I dont recommend it to anyone else
