        Car was not cleaned from previous driver. I returned it early via after hours weekend drop box when they were closed earlier than my rental time but was overcharged despite having advised them that I may do so and their having said it would be 'no problem'. My attempts to contact them both locally and at HQ were not returned and I am left with an overcharge based on the contract. This is highly unusual from my past experiences with Avis and this location.
