        My experience with Hertz set the tone for my vacation weekend. Alexus noticed it was my birthday and went out of her way to find me a car immediately (thanks for the Mustang, btw). I was ready to sit and wait for however long it took but she got me taken care of quickly and I was having breakfast with my daughter an hour later. Things like that can totally change an entire experience and I am grateful she was there to do that for me. The rest of the team was very courteous and quick during the return process as well. Thanks for making my trip back home hassle free Hertz!
