why are you not giving a deposit of $ 300 ???? why such an attitude ???

Rented a car from them & it had a (recently) used bottle of methadone in the glove box. Interior smelled of smoke the entire time I had it. When I returned the car, I accidentally left my hoodie in the back. Called, left a voice message about it, talked to a rep, nothing. It's just gone. Everyone I interacted with was at least very personable & professional. Maybe if the location paid them a little more, they wouldn't need to take hoodies left behind by customers.

Very responsive, respectful employees. Theyll do the best to address your issues. Was even able to find my transponder which I left in the car. Will definitely rent again. Highly recommended.

Had a reservation and the location wasn't open. Tried to call customer service but was on hold for 30 min.... Gave up. Do not use this location...Avis saved the day. Update - Got our points refunded....however, we rented the car for a trip to South Bend for a Notre Dame game. Without communication as to the location being closed, the time spent waiting for customer service to assist us (never got off of hold), and having to go to another rental car company wasted so much time, we were late to the game. We reserved this vehicle in JULY...and never got a notice saying the location we chose was closed. I appreciate the point refund....but would think something else would have been done on top of that to try and retain our business. I recommend using another company for your downtown renal car needs.
