Needed service to o'hare. Ride there was fine, driver was nice. Our flight home was diverted and majorly delayed (4pm original plan but didn't get in til 3am). I kept the company informed but they said they wouldn't be able to pick up after 2am. I understand the driver needs sleep, but they should make it clear in the fine print that they do not do overnight pickup. The flight issues were out of my control and the situation was made worse by having to scramble for a family member (whose car we didn't fit into) to pick us up at 3am. I was only refunded tax and gratuity.

Be sure to inquire about full estimate before agreeing to move forward with service. Our family was quoted 275 + tax and gratuity for transport via sprinter van. Our card was charged 415.50. Apparently tax and gratuity totaled 140.5. We never received payment confirmation or was provided with a statement prior to being charged. Oh and we tipped the driver cash! He failed to inform us that it was already covered. Additionally, we were charged a fee of 75 dollars for being 15 minutes delayed. Given it is noted that a fee would be charged for delays after 15 minutes . We were 30 minutes behind as we loaded over 20 pieces of luggage. Given the 15 minute grace period, we were charged 75 for a 15 minute delay. Oh and the icing on the cake was speaking to the accounting department. We were greeted with complete rudeness from the moment she joined the conversation. Instead of taking a moment to even understand or show any sort of empathy or take any responsibility for lack of communication, we were told that we should have asked how much tax and gratuity was. Their communication simply states + tax and gratuity. No tax or gratuity rates listed any where! Its really sad how they feel this is okay to run a business and blames the consumer for trusting that they run a respectful and honest business Our dispute is for the overcharge and uncommunicated portion! We had no issue in paying and was hoping to resolve with the accounting department but was treated very rudely when simply inquiring of the charges. "so basically you wanted the ride for free" WOW this is exactly the type of communication we were met with upon inquiring. VERY PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS YOU RUN!!!!!!

I booked with All American Limo for an overnight trip downtown with friends to celebrate my husband's birthday. Cecil was tremendously helpful with the reservation, answered all my questions and made sure all details were covered from mapping out our charter to confirming the day before our event. Our driver, Dan was courteous, attentive, patient and clearly wanted to ensure we had a great experience. My group was driven with care, and Dan ensured we enjoyed a wonderful day in the city! I would highly recommend Dan and All American.
