        Make sure you have a credit card. If you don't they won't give you a car even if you prepaid for it. We also never received a refund from them or the booking company. Truly disappointed.

        Tried to make a reservation 4 hours before close and they said they had cars but couldn't get keys.

        Be aware: this Hertz local edition has an obnoxious policy of only giving high mileage cars to those renting one way to Chicago, no matter what your Hertz status. I have had multiple car problems due to this policy.
