Polite staff, quick check in and out. Car smelled funky so they gave me some Gold member points which was thoughtful. Car was great, looked like back tires were a little low on tread. But great vehicle I had a Ford Edge. Hands free wireless Apple Car Play was a nice feature for navigation.

Oh to be as confidently wrong as Jacob.
"You can't rent more than one car." wrong
"No one else can drive your car." wrong
"Your rental doesn't include insurance" wrong
"You go outside and find a Toyota like everyone else." Wrong in both substance and service.
Look, I get that corporate contracts aren't as common. But it's ok to say you don't know and ask someone for help.
That's definitely not Jacob's plan. He's going to be right! And, when he's not right, he's going to be mad.
I can not believe that I was actually instucted to 'go out the glass doors ajd find a Toyota. It's what everyone has to do." Stunningly horrible customer service.
If you get to the counter and the person says his name is Jacob, get back in line. It will make your experience far better.
