Multiple vehicles with no gas and several vehicles on hold limited their rental availability. However my customer service was good for the minimal interaction.

If possible I would leave a 0 star review. Booked online, paid by card. Was fully charged for reservation a day prior to pickup. Was not allowed to pick up from location as I am a local and did not have flight information. None of this was listed online, or required when making the booking. Counter staff was less than helpful, gave me a number to call for refund and that was all.
Customer care staff was helpful, however the refund is going to take up to 10 business days. Which is fun since I was fully charged prior to even getting there to pick up the car.

My last rental experience: wrong car provided, half a tank of gas at pick up, extra charges incurred for roadside assistance that I never asked for. I used to love Avis but the past couple times it has started to just feel like a scam with these surprise charges. I'm not renting from this location anymore at least. I don't want to spend every trip on the phone with customer service reps.

Skip this location. In short, a poor customer experience, dysfunctional vehicles, and poor maintenance.
I travel Frequently for work to Kansas City, and this is the third time I've had a negative experience with the Avis location.
Specifically, my vehicle had major body damage on the doors, duct tape residue stains on the paint, and worst of all was that the USB that connected the CarPlay was broken. All week long I drove from To meeting across the state using my phone to navigate because the map of the vehicle was also disabled.
Employees appeared asleep and uninterested in ensuring that customers had a great experience. Both pick up and drop off I observed them sitting on their phones instead of being helpful, not a good look for the company image.
Even if you are a preferred member like I am, it still takes a century to pick up your vehicle. I recommend her at this location, which is a bummer I love Avis everywhere else that I go.

Arrived at midnight and used quickpass on the app. Was able to choose the car I wanted and go straight to it. From the shuttle to being in the car and out of the airport facility took like 5 min. The whole process was very simple
