Rented a car for a few day trip. Great price! Car was niceand inexpensive! Took only a couple minutes complete the reservation and drop off was easy as well!

NOT helpful. DID not convey TOTAL COST when pick up vehicle. Very difficult to work with. Actually, NOT difficult- JUST WON'T ACCEPT

I have never gone through Avis car rental and I never will again because I live in Branson, MO and as I am looking up rental car info from different places and decided to go through Avis in Hollister which I'm not familiar with the location I call to confirm my reservation and what I'll need and of course license the card that I prepaid the reservation with and a flight itinerary... I did not know the location was at an airport let alone that there was one in Hollister I tell them I do not have a flight itinerary so therefore I am unable to get the vehicle so obviously I cancelled not knowing that due to the fact I am unable to get the vehicle without having any flight itinerary I thought everything was okay until I have an email saying that the 450 some dollars that I prepaid I won't get back at all because I cancelled unless I went through Enterprise which I've gone through many times and have cancelled it and never been taken for almost five hundred bucks so I will never go through this business and we'll suggest to everyone and anyone to go somewhere else
