        The was my first and last rental with Avis. I made a reservation to drive one way from Saint Charles to Houston on their website. When I arrived in Houston I checked my reservation and notice it no longer says Houston as my return location, but Saint Charles instead. They are charging me $500 for their error. The car I drove was a black Jeep Grand Cherokee and smelled like smoke and booze. They even had air fresheners in the car to help out. Want to know who is getting charged for it? Me - $250 after I already reported it to their customer service team. I dont smoke or drink, Im a homebody with cats. So my $120 trip turned into $870 trip and I cant get their customer service team to respond properly. I will never use Avis again and I will be sure that I tell this story to as many people as I can. This is absolutely insane when I did nothing wrong.
