I rented an SUV based upon the weather conditions of where I was traveling. We didn't receive the SUV that was advertised. We didn't even receive a vehicle in the same class as an SUV. We received a mini-van, which caused us to completely cancel one planned activity on our trip. The mini-van that we did receive had an alignment issue that caused me to "fight" the steering wheel for the entire trip. Extremely frustrating. Also, the tires on the mini-van were bald which made for an awful driving experience when the weather turned to snowy conditions. Really, the only reason that I rated this experience a 3 is because of the nice staff at the St. Peters location. They were very understanding of our issues even though there wasn't much they could do to change the outcome.
