Hunter (5 star rating) from the MCI Enterprise Rental- was absolutely amazing- He was so kind, friendly and polite young man, we had a situation with moving from one rental to another-and he worked with us and kept our valuables locked in the car until we could get back with another rental and move all our luggage and packages to the new rental. ( which we had to get from neighboring lotread below) Now Enterprise Customer Service as a whole- () upset that they wouldnt work with us due to having to leave early as my families house burnt down. They didnt budge on anything to help us out- wanted us to pay $560 for a transfer fee to drive back to Vathe car was already paid forfor one week. We had to turn it in 2 days early so we could get home. Then we called Avis and spoke with them, we decided to rent through Avis to get home- they couldnt have been nicer to help us upgraded the vehicle to a nicer fuller suv!!! The Customer Service was outstanding.

The vehicle we used in Kansas City worked out well. Gretchen was very courteous when we returned it and we were completely satisfied.
