The car I had reserved wasn't available and the desk clerk offered me a free upgrade to either a mustang or a charger.... At my age it's difficult to get in or out of one of those, as tempting as it was, and I said so. She went to check inventory and came back with a Jeep Gladiator for the same price. Nice vehicle! Return was a breeze, just make sure you have a pen handy, if you turn it in before regular business hours, so you can fill out the paperwork. Service was quick and I had my car in less than 15 minutes.

The rental vehicle was nice. I was told at the time of pick-up I would be charged $3.60 per gallon when I returned the car not filled up. I used a quarter tank of gas and was charged $10.00 per gallon when I returned the car. Total miscommunication on behalf of the Budget employees. NOT HAPPY WITH THE $10.00 PER GALLON.
