    If I could give no stars. I would. Let me start you from the beginning. March 8th, insurance made the reservation for a rental pick up for March 11th at 8am. March 11th at 7:45am, I show up to the enterprise on troost connected to Hendricks collision. First issue, they told me a deposit was required of $50 on a credit card. No one told me that. So the manager said that she would make an exception for me to use my debit card. Puts in my info w my OUT OF STATE DL. She didnt mention it was an issue. Gave them my Missouri car insurance policy number and sat back down. 40 MINUTES go by and they still have no car ready for me at 8:40am. After I asked why is a car not ready when the reservation was for 8am? All I got from the manager is we are busy im working on it and proceeds to walk outside with someone who was there AFTER me to give them keys and a vehicle. When she walked back into the building she proceeded to tell me we arent moving forward with your reservation because you have no credit card on file or an in state drivers license. After almost an hour of waiting there with my 2 kids , she has the audacity to say that. It wasnt an issue when she took all my info, but an hour later its a problem? Another customer she dealt with had no issue using a debit card. She said credit or debit, whatever you want to use. Sounds like a manager playing favorites and deciding who she wants to deal with. I then had to call farmers only for them to have to call enterprise regional to give me a reservation elsewhere. This only goes to show that this manager was was lying to her customers and being lazy with her job. Its a rental car company. People are going to have out-of-state drivers licenses. What happens if I go to a different state and need to rent a car? I would have put of state license. This location is a joke and is deceiving their customers. Trash trash trash. So now, Ive been up with my kids since 7:30am only for me to now not be able to pick up my rental at a different location at 3:30pm. You guys have caused so many inconveniences this morning. I hope this manager doesnt have kids of her own because the way she treated me this morning was terrible. Gave me the energy of I dont care what you have going on, not my problem I hope this location can get a different manager if she even is one. Might of been another lie from her.

    I love how the owner just copies and paste response messages on here. The first day I went to this location, the women was extremely nice, she was a young women. She was very sympathetic of my situation of my kia being vandalized and attempted to be stolen. (A couple thousand dollars in damage) when I got there, she said, unfortunately we have no cars and was very nice. She stated we will have a car tomorrow at noon. I said, "are you absolutely sure?" She said, "definitely". I was happy with that. The next day, I went and Justin said nothing to me but hate to say this you are out of luck, no cars. I said this is awful, he said nothing. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. So many bad reviews and they all seem similar to my experience. Maybe the owner should close this store and open up a weed shop so every employee can be lazy
