      image One star - I'd leave zero if possible. They charged us double despite us shortening the length of our rental. When we called to ask them about it they said "there was nothing they could do." Bad customer service. Beware when renting: Costs are not what they say they are!

      image I came here because of my disastrous experience at Enterprise...now I'll be an Avis customer for life! The facility is spotless, very nice vehicle, courteous staff, fair price...really helped me out of a bind, too.
