        Well, we arrived about 8pm. (Avis rental at the airport). I'm glad they were open. It was cold, dark, and icy. I prepaid for a nice vehicle however again they didn't have what I paid for. Instead I was offered a Ford explorer. I paid for a Range Rover, Mercedes type vehicle. It was cold and I was tired. The lady stayed professional, but I was irritated and wanted what I paid for. I also was expecting a clean vehicle but the dashboard gives you just a small hint of how clean it was. It appears to be skin cells or dandruff what ever it was it was all over the car and smelled of dog. It was gross. We cleaned it the next day. She provided limited choices so I had to accept the car. However one image attached. You tell me.
