    All of my Enterprise rentals up to this point has been flawless. I've enjoyed every bit of it until this one. This rental has been horrible. I should have looked at the reviews at this location before placing my reservation. [Story] I booked a 15 passenger van in August for my Christmas trip out of town to avoid the last minute hassle of finding a 15 passenger vehicle and last minute costs. This week I get a text from this location that they just notice my reservation and that they do not the 15 passenger vehicle for me to pick up on my reservation date. The other purpose of the text was to give me enough time to transfer my reservation to another enterprise location if they had that vehicle available so it wouldn't ruin my trip. I especially love that part the most. The part about giving me 1 week to find a 15 passenger van during PEAK holiday time for a trip booked in way in August so it wouldn't ruin my trip. I called all of NWA and to multiple locations in Tulsa to be told there isn't any location with that vehicle. It was like finding needle in a haystack while I had to TAKE TIME away from work to find a accommodate this issue. Companies and business owners may speak about customer service all they want, but this is unacceptable. This is a prime example of customer service FAILURE. If this issue was known, I should have been contacted months in advance instead of the last week before my trip to find a high demand vehicle for the Christmas week. Additionally, I was not given any option of other vehicles for substitute. They didn't even try to call other enterprise locations if this vehicle was available there or if those locations could accommodate me with a substitute vehicle. I had to take time away from work to call all these different enterprise locations to be told there isn't any available. The entire purpose of reservations in the first place is to avoid this EXACT scenario! I was able to find a lesser passenger van from a AVIS and paid double the cost for it all thanks to ENTERPRISE ruining my plans and costing me more money. ENTERPRISE will be on my blacklist of car rental companies for the foreseeable future. ENTERPRISE needs to find better car rental location management to represent their brand or weed them all out. Here I thought Enterprise was the better brand, how second-rate they've become.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. If I was rating my experience solely on that, it would definitely be a 4-5 star rating. However, my overall car rental experience was mediocre. The car that I reserved had its tire pressure light on, indicating that the tires were already low on pressure. In addition, the monitor on the vehicle also indicated that an oil change was needed. Neither of these issues were addressed by the staff who knew that there was a reservation for the vehicle. While cleanliness is definitely an important factor, there is additional car maintenance that is equally if not more important. These two factors indicate that customer safety and quality of care for the vehicles are low priority. I probably will not be renting from here again due to this low quality car maintenance.
