First, Thank you Avis for making it a point to hire Military veterans! The Marine manager was awesome, making sure I had a comfortable car for the long ride to Orlando. Great job Avis!

Rental Place was deceiving added extra charges on my rental when I took an extra day and the clerk was rude and not profesional when I questioned the charges

I was taking a business trip from Tallahassee to Fernandina Beach. Because of Spring Break, I was not able to find a local rental so I was lucky and found one in Jacksonville. I rode with a coworker to the rental facility and aside from the traffic in the area that I am NOT used to, the staff was friendly, upgraded my rental at no charge due to the selected vehicle not being ready yet, and it was fast and easy. I may never have to rent from there again (it was a strange circumstance) but am glad the process went well, and though I was hesitant to drive such a large truck, it was a great ride in the end. There is not much room for parking, so be prepared for that.
