Avis Car Rental

The Hyundai Santa Fe I received was not clean. There was sand on the floor and seats. The outside didn't appear to be clean either. I went back inside to let them know. They offered to re-clean the vehicle as their vacuum couldn't get all the sand out. If the person that cleaned the cars was outside cleaning the cars instead on inside on his phone maybe this would have been different. Now I'm returning the vehicle. There a was little wait but that was understandable. The person before me was treated so nicely. He wanted a large SUV that was a bit too pricey. So she offered to give him the price of a smaller SUV and still gets the larger suv. He didn't ask for this but thanked her. He was also offered and employee discount without asking even tho he was not an employee. He thanked her for saving him over $400. She offered him insurance under some plan that he would not have to pay additional for. He didn't ask for this either; but he thanked her again. Now it's my turn. I had a simple gas issue and cleaning issue. She told me that the vehicle should have been clean. She seemed offended that I brought up the gas issue. She counted almost down to the penny for the gas. I said to her that I wish I had received the same service as her last customer. He was Caucasian and didn't ask for anything I'm African American and she's going back and forth with me over pennies in front of other customers. How embarrassing. I would not recommend this location.

Zero star rating. Worst Rental Car Location and Service. They did not have the car I reserved and tried to rent me an Electric Car that was not charged and had a 6% battery. Lady then proceeded to run my License through some fake machine and say she couldn't rent to me anyway. I have never seen a small machine check driving records. Looks like a scam machine. I checked my Driving Records online, and everything is good. I prepaid my rental, so she was trying to scam me and take the money because it was past the time to cancel. I was able to change my reservation and rent from another Avis/Budget Rental Car at the Airport through my Budget App. Do not rent from here!

Won't ever use Avis again. Nothing but a hassle. First it was an issue that my card had a different last name ( just had my name changed and haven't gotten the new card) than my ID. Never had this issue anywhere else. Then my ID was an issue because it has scratches, so I'm suppose to replace my ID after it gets any scratch. I will forever use hertz, much less headache to pick up and return.

Best rental and return experience. I have been using this location for the last three years to pick up and drop off vehicles. Best staff and manager is exceptional. Will ALWAYS go here if cars are available!

on my account, I'm $ 208.50 for two days of rent, but with credit card I've downloaded it twice for $ 295.10, so a total of $ 590.20 at the bank stop payment of this bill. I'll never rent a car again here or recommend this place to other car leases.
