If I could leave a 0, I would. Don't waste your time. Lousy customer service. Had a confirmed reservation. No cars available when I arrived.

Your customer service is less than poor, no concern for customer, and vague use of words. I picked up a car emergently to use for a 4 hour drive to Palm Beach aiport location, you had regard or concern for my safety, when i indicated the oil light was on, and poor tires. Negative 5 stars is what you really deserve. Reckless customer service.

First and last Im ever renting from them. The lady in the front desk was horrible. She was rude and did not want to help. In addition the car wasnt good either. We spend $1000 to rent for a week, I guess you get what you pay for.
