Avis Car Rental

So disappointed in the service provided at this location. I called and asked when car would be due back, I was told one time, but when I arrived at location was told something different. The Representative assured me she would accommodate me for the confusion, yet billed my credit card without my approval after I left. Telling me that her printer was broken. They were not honest and they do not clean there cars. I WILL never rent from Avis again for allowing this type of service.

These people are some crooks. They say they are charging you one thing but in the end they charged 3x what the original charge was

Avis, Lane ave, Jax. Is a great place to rent vehicles in Jax. The guys there are the best. They'll do whatever it takes to get you in the right vehicle for your trip. A+ service.

I came in to Jacksonville from Ohio and tried to get my rental that i reserved. They would NOT rerun my car because my bank declined it until i let them know it was me using it. I showed them my alert and all that it was ok to run the card again and they INSISTED on their ONE RUN RULE. I was stuck with my luggage walking around until a stranger was willing to takeme to my hotel 25 minutes away.
