        Made a reservation for a car a week ago and got a confirmation email. When we got there we were told they didnt have the car and there was nothing they can do. Kya (or something like that) working the front desk was extremely rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Use somewhere else

        Same as most of the other reviews. The two ladies working had terrible attitudes and tried to make me pay 130% of my reservation total to even take the car (rental 601, deposit 210) and eventually got them to give me a FAIR price I reserved for just to get the car. They overbook, dont communicate and when they do you just want them to stop talking and being rude. I will NEVER use this location again and Im a frequent avis/budget user.
