        POSITIVE REVIEW! They normally close at 11PM but stayed open til almost 2AM for a delayed flight from Chicago! GREAT JOB!!

        Avis offered a 35% discount when prepaying for the rental online. They tacked it onto the reservation when I picked up the car. I stood in line for 40 minutes to pick up the car, and they offered a "free" upgrade. They tacked on additional fees to cover the upgrade. Incredibly poor experience with this company, and I will NOT be renting from them again.

        Avoid the Jacksonville Avis/Budget at all costs. It was over 2.5 hours to get to the counter and anther 2 hours to get a car. 10 of the 13 people that were there during this timeframe did absolutely nothing to help move the line and get people cars. When asked to talk to a manager was told that 'all the managers have already left for the day'. Worst experience i have ever had while traveling, and i travel A LOT!
