Budget Car Rental

I love this location , Armando always takes good care of me . The car is very dependable and comfortable. He makes it very easy and stress free for me as well. There is never a wait time. Hes fast , Very professional and kind ! 10/10 highly recommended :)

We reserved a vehicle online about 30 minutes prior to arriving. When we arrived at the pickup location, the vehicle size reserved was not available. We were told our only option would be to go up a size and pay the difference. I don't think this was fair. If the vehicle size we reserved was not available, it should not have allowed us to reserve it. In regards to the vehicle we rented, it was nice and we had no issues with the rental.

absolutely the worst location in the city. this is the second time i rent from here, and each time, the service is subpar. upon entering, the agent reacts to any questions like youre bothering them, possibly trying to intimidate you to take any car and be quiet. even the car i was given was not cleaned with previous renters garbage still inside. the only reason i came back after the first bad experience was because this is a good location close the house. but this will be the last time for sure. no excuse for bad customer service.
