Budget Car Rental

The service was kind and quick and they didn't push any additional items. After examining the assigned car, we were not happy with it and were upset because the previous rental car had made several scratches, which had already been marked by Budget. We returned to the service desk and expressed our dissatisfaction, and the car was immediately replaced. The rental car was comfortable and served us well, we were satisfied.

Was able to quickly rent a car last minute through the purchase on the website. The guy at the counter added all these charges and said they would fall off if I did not use them (tolls and refueling) this is standard for most companies. However, the charges did not fall off, I booked through the budget website and my rental was supposed to be $46 dollars and is now $150 even though I returned the car full of gas and did not use any tolls. Rented a car the same week through Enterprise, and had a seamless experience. Will not use budget again.

This has been the worst experience I ever had in customer service. I rented a car from MCO and when turning it in and looking at the charges they charged me for EZ PASS. I declined it at the time when asked and the staff explained it would be my responsibility to pay any fees that I incurred if I was to go on a toll road. Come to find out it was still on my contract but not labeled as such. The car had no signs of an easy pass at all, there was nothing on the windshield or any indication of it like all the other cars in the fleet. When I turned the car in I received a plethora of charges such as gas which I made sure I filled up right before returning and the EZ-Pass which I had no idea I had. If that was the case I wouldnt have avoided every single toll road. Then I call customer service and the agent was very rude and said he couldnt help and I asked for a supervisor and he said his supervisor would say the same thing and he was not available at this point I was starting to get angry and the agent wouldnt transfer me to anyone above him. This has been the worst experience with Budget and I will never return to this company. They dont resolve any issues or even call back. I didnt even mention the first car they gave me with mechanical problems or a huge dent, it was the size of a basketball. Stay away. Go somewhere else.

I would never rent from this location again. I have fast break account because I rent from budget in my hometown. I prepaid for a rental for 4/4/24 on my budget app get to the budget counter at MCO after waiting 20 minutes just to be told I cant rent Im on a do not rent list. How can budget take my money and let me prepaid for a rental using all my personal information and then tell me I cant rent. The worst part the girl at the service desk was no help she looking at me like Im crazy all she can say call customer service, well I did and my money is still not in my account today 4/9/24. Luckily I was able to rent from Enterprise with a better rate and no issues and the app was very helpful for a last minute arrangement. This has really inconvenienced my son 8th birthday trip. I just want my money back!!!
