If you need a receipt with your company details, forget this company! They don't change nothing! It's unbelievable. No recommend!

Relentlessly upsold. Felt like a hustle when renting.. Did not pay for the option to return car empty but was rushed thru the "decline" screens and ultimately charged for it. Do better. Will Budget refund me?

reserved a suburban for a big family. Did not got the suburban. we had to wait for 3 hour at the counter. We where forced to take a minivan and sit all cramped in the minivan. Suppose to pay US 313., but was charged 488,65 after the rental. So I'm very angry and will NOT recommend Budget Rental Car. DO NOT PUT A CAR FOR RENT WHEN IT IS NOT AVAILABLE!!!!!!!

I pre-registered with my insurance and gas option, declining the gas service. I waited in line over 30 minutes. The gate agent then presented me with the list of options to sign, but the gas option was selected instead of my choice to bring back full. She said, "if you bring it back full, you won't have to pay." I didn't want to hold up the people behind me, so i signed it. Of course, I brought it back full and was charged the $59 gas service. I had to call customer service to get it removed. I will never use Budget again because of the long line and the carnie bait and switch move.

Miami Airport location add extra charges to your rental without letting you know, disgusting and disappointing practice. That should be illegal
