This was the most stressful, situation Ive been in before having to urgently travel and the staff in this place having no empathy nor wanting to help because the system shuts down at 6:00pm How does the system shut down at 6:00pm but your system allows me to book a reservation and the pick up time is 6:00pm, so this means that if I get there at 6:00pm by the time you start to work on my reservation the system will be down? This makes no sense, the staff was desperate to leave, the guy told me my license was suspended and showed me a confirmation number, he then said, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. I sat there calling my husband because he was on his way, his arrival time was 6:09pm and the guy just said he couldnt wait he had to close by 6, when I sat there this rude lady came out telling the guy that couldnt help me with a thing that the system would be closing soon. And then she told me I have to leave the place I cant sit there because theyre closing. After 2 minutes of me stepping a foot out they were all gone. I understand they close at 6pm and all that, but its the way you speak to a customer sometimes, what if there was a line of people waiting to reserve your system wouldnt shut down at 6pm? Never again will I book in this place again! Oh and by the way my license was not suspended. Do not rent in this place.
