Budget Car Rental

Never rent a car with Budget. My car was vandalized, and my belongings taken away in the parking of Anne Kolb Nature Center in Florida around 11 AM. I have called Budget offices and I was told I would get a tow for the car and an Uber for me around 12:30. Five or six uber cars and a lift were sent to pick me up one after another all of them with wrong addresses of Anne Kolb Nature Center. Around 6 PM I had to pay a person with proper gloves to clean the smashed glass inside the car and I had to drive the damaged car to Fort Lauderdale Airport to get a replacement car.

I put 1 start for the one time I didn't have a problem with them same procedure different person and the card. there is no explanation I couldn't use the exact same card that I use last which is 100% good

I prepaid online for a car to pick up at the Coral Gables office, when arrived there the office was closed. I had to go to the Airport office by taxi and nobody managed to help me at the Budget Airport office !!!!! So upset NEVER RENT A CAR WITH BUDGET !
