Surprice Car Rentals

After an hour waiting at the airport for the shuttle to come, a neighboring car rental shuttle ended up giving us a ride to SurPrice. 4 people were being "helped" inside and ALL 4 were completely confused by how rude and disrespectful each customer was being treated. Even though we reserved the car with full insurance we were told that if anything happened we would be responsible for the first $10,000. All 4 customers had hundreds of dollars added in to their original reservation prices that were NOT mentioned before. I've never seen such horrible customer service in my life. And I'm appalled how persistent they were about up charging every single customer. I'd rather Uber for my entire vacation than have to ever deal with this company again. I will be contacting the BBB and I encourage everyone else to do the same. The company should be fined, charged, and put out of business.
