I worked with Adam at the NAS JAX location and he was tremendous! When there was an issue with the car it was swapped out for a better model at no additional charge through the whole rental period. If your looking for a car, head to Enterprise and ask for Adam, he will get ya taken care of.

Little to no available cars. Employees seldom visit location because of no work and no cars. Don't bother using this location now or in the future, cause they are shifting down soon anyway.

You sign your name on a roster and then sit and wait. Would have been cheaper and faster to rent off site. Eights groups just sitting around and waiting. No sense of urgency. No information. Plane from GTMO has deplaned, loaded for Norfolk, and taken off with only one group getting their rental car. Two people working. The reason why it was taking an hour: manager only had one guy scheduled to work.
