Personable easy transition. Very good experience. Get the easy pass plate for tolls, much simpler.

I booked a rental here in PA and it was a nightmare I booked through enterprise again because they gave me some point just to come to find out that it still wont lead me to a free rental. I was up-charged at the first location and received horrible customer service from the manager. When contacting corporate by email and phone they did nothing but give me the run around and claim that somebody will be reaching back out in 24-48 hours. That was on Monday. We are going into Friday and still nothing. I hope my experience turns out to be a better one but at this point Im not very optimistic Im just using the points up but this has to be the worst services I have ever received by far. Nobody seems to be on the same page.

I would give a 0 if I could. Always had good experience with enterprise until today. I will be using other car rental companies for the rest of my life after today. Patrick at mco is a horrible manager. He couldn't do anything for me when enterprise was the one who messed up. He should of at least been able to get me a taxi voucher but he didn't do anything for me. I feel like enterprise owes me for screwing me so bad. I'm so sick of businesses in USA not making things right anymore for their customers. Enterprise has lost its magic. I used to brag about how they were only rental company I would use. I always recommend them to others but now that will change forever

Enterprise is a great company. I try to only rent from them.
