My car got wrecked. The other guy's insurance told me to go to Enterprise. Well, here's the deal. O'Neil and Floyd are amazing!!!! They really took care of me with the rental. I own a prop management company and needed a truck. They got me a truck. It was a very pleasant experience. So much so that when the body shop was delaying the repair, I brought the rental back (since my truck was driveable) until the body shop had the parts. After the delay, O'neil took care of me again. Great folks. Flexible and customer focused. I'd rent here again....for sure.

Absolutely terrible experience. I returned car as I should....no damage, gas filled. I was in the process of moving and had closed my bank account without thinking about it so the deposit could not be refunded to the original card. Now 3 months later I'm still having to chase these people around to get my deposit. They're saying it was refunded but there is no possible way. The manager does not call back. I call the location and the customer service number. I'm always told someone will reach out and no one ever does. Do yourself a favor and completely skip this place.

Fast friendly service. Only thing I suggest is to call in advance to see what their availability is. They don't always have vehicles available immediately.
