This is NOT a real budget location. They are independent so they dont follow budget guidelines or the quote that you get on the budget website. BE AWARE OF BILL cause he will not be able to tell you that or anything else you ask. 100% recommend spending the extra 50 bucks and go to Uhaul.

Be extremely careful of Bill working here. Loves to place add charges to your bill. Got woman in front of me for extra day . Got me for fuel. I pumped fuel till pump shut off. Bill says just cause gauge reads fuel I need to be past fuel. I had put 40 gallons of fuel in truck , had receipt. Nope no good. Never deal with Budget Trucks again

The employees at this location are horrible, they are rude, not accommodating and completely misinformed about their polices. I spent an entire day going back and forth calling management at budget to get a straight answer. When I showed up the person at the front desk told me it doesn't matter if I make a reservation online that doesn't guarantee me a car and told me I couldn't change the times online he doesn't have to honor it. I'm shocked these people are employed for customer service

I had a reservation for a vehicle for Friday the 26th @ 12. They call me @ 11:15 to inform me they don't have a Car for rental on The same day 45 mins prior to my reservations remind you I'm from Chicago just visiting I really needed a car very unprofessional NEVER AGAIN
