I WOULD GIVE A 0 IF I COULD. Returned a vehicle that had an intermediate starting issue. They gave me a different vehicle that turned on a check engine light as soon as I left the lot and started shaking like crazy. Returned and the woman up front was trying to tell me straight to my face that the vehicle was fine to drive. Mind you, I'm a mechanic and I can tell you that the car was not okay. She also kept pushing that no other vehicle was available. As soon as I asked to speak to the manager magically a vehicle was available. The full size ram they gave was also out of gas. My boyfriend and I decided to cancel the rental because at this point I'd rather walk in the rain then deal with them. (Rental was under his name)

We booked our pick up at least 4 weeks in advance at 8am, we show up and our vehicle is not ready. We ended up waiting an hour for them to wash up, clean, and gas up the car. We were expecting a 10-15 minute wait to pick up a car we had booked about a month ago; a months notice should have been ample time to prepare our vehicle. We were on vacation and people's time is important, we had plans booked back to back and waiting for our vehicle delayed our plans. The people who helped us out showed no urgency and took their time. I've never experienced this with enterprise before and it left me disappointed. Do better please.

Slimiest most nastiest enterprise ever they make as they helping you out but really they setting you up. Would never rent from here again they do things without your permission such as use your deposit without informing you. Then when you ask they just say its expunged like for what. You call them they give attitude like you told them to work there but they is really concerned about a check more then anything. But I rented a car through an insurance claim they tried to make me pay extra because of my age when really if your over 21 you can still rent a car and the fee can be waived they really didnt like that when they found out my fee was waived. And the amount for the rental was increased. I then started to pay on my own they never said bye was a set amount of days you can be in a rental before gushing to make a new contract thru just continued to collect the money and now they want to put me on do not rent they need to so re employment from mangers on down and I need to speak with corporate asap
