The person I spoke to on the phone, I called to let them know I was running late, he told me to not worry that I had till 6:30 pm, so when I got there they told me they put the key in the safe already that they can't do anything about it, but yet they had cars returning their cars and I told him don't you have to put those keys on the safe? So obviously they don't feel like making money thank God CAR RENTALS AIRPORT LLC. HELP ME RENT A CAR!!

The reps here got me in and out with no delay. Very helpful and friendly and it's only 5m away from the airport and I didn't get charged the extra airport fees like the other location. When I come back to Miami, you know I'll be going back to this location!

I had such a disaster of a travel day and Yaz at the Le jeune location. She stayed late just to help keep me safe and so I could work with the a different enterprise to meet our families needs. Beyond accommodating and just pleasant after Im sure was a horrible day with Ultra, tennis match and terrible weather and flights being cancelled.
She was a bright spot in an otherwise horrible day.

I wanted to mention that this Enterprise location was fabulous!!! Solange H. and Rubert A. were beyond helpful and professional!!!! My husband and I were bumped and cancelled flights three (3) times and in Miami from an international trip. To make a long story short, it an absolute nightmare.
As far as rental needs, my husband is very tall and needs the extra leg room. We needed a car big enough to accommodate both of our height and luggage needs, and help us get back home (one-way).
Not only did Enterprise pick us up at our hotel (with a smile and sincere caring), but offered refreshments and helped us get into an SUV. We were on the road in no time.
Sometimes all it takes is sincerity and kindness, (especially in times of stress) and Rubert and Solange have this down! Thank you again!!!
