        Avoid this location if you can. No drop box for rentals so if you have a late train to bad. Customer service is slow, car was really dirty, smelled terribly of cigarettes, and the break Were squealing really bad so much it locked up on me later in the day. Not a good experience at this place. Last time I ever rent Avis and I travel a lot for work.

        Ive been renting in this Avis for over a year now, and the customer service here is just great. Sebastian is a great professional that always takes the time to understand and solve any issues and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. I wish every Avis location had this kind of guy on it!!

        Outstanding! We experienced great service from the moment we entered the shop. Sebastian was helpful and even worked 20 minutes extra after the shop was closed, after he finished his work shift, to help us mount both a baby seat and a toddler seat in the car. Sebastian is really a service minded rental dealer that delivers great service. Highly recommended to anyone that wants to rent a car in Miami!
