Not worth 1 star. Was given the the wrong car after reserving a month in advance. The car stunk and you couldn't see out of the windshield. Almost 2 hour wait in line at MCO.

Long wait line end up getting a car you didn't ask for. You wait again to try and get it replaced but you can't. The car whistles like crazy. How's that a luxury comfortable ride???? The line is more than one hour wait! Go somewhere else Not to mention the poor treatment As soon as they told me this is my car, they disappeared!!!!

Kann daher diesen Vermieter nicht empfehlen und bin mich von anderen serisen Autovermietern dies nicht gewohnt, vor allem wenn man vorab Vollkasko bucht.

Wouldn't recommend Dollar to anyone. Reserved a car for pickup at Orlando airport. Waited in line over 2 hrs to get to an agent since they only had 2 people working. Agent asked if I wanted toll bypass added for my convenience. I declined as I didn't intend on driving much. I purposely avoided toll roads my entire time in Orlando only to find out that the agent added it to my rental anyway. Nice how they just have you sign the screen and then neatly tuck all the paperwork into a folder so you don't notice the additions. Once you walk away from the counter, anything they've added is your responsibility. Dollar customer service refuses to refund. They advertise lower prices to get your business but end up charging as much or more than their competitors. Do yourself a favor and rent from anyone other than Dollar/Thrifty.
