If my appointment was scheduled at 2:45. Does an oil change take 3+ hrs to complete, I was told 1-1.5 hours. Not offered a loaner, no one ever came out to provide an update. Impatience severely tested

The staff was great, the service was quick, building/ bathroom was clean and they had stocked complimentary drinks/ refreshments for customers. Will recommend to friends.

I purchased my Ram from this dealership. I have had it serviced there twice; both odd/bad experiences. Oil change went ok but took a long time considering i made an appointment. The second servicing was for a TSB. They had my truck for 3 days and still hadnt fixed it when I returned to pick up the truck; as scheduled. They rushed to install a bolt (which I knew wasnt going to fix it based on the TSB). I drove off the lot and got on the highway and the truck hadnt been aligned. I returned immediately and they aligned the truck in record time. When i left again, the truck was pulling the opposite direction and the steering wheel was canted when driving straight. Also, the bolt they replaced did not fix the initial problem; so i got my truck back worse than when i dropped it off 3 days prior. I knew at that point that i was done taking my vehicles there. I took it to a different dealership and the alignment weatside did was awful. Not even close to accurate. Overall, their maintenance department seems chaotic and mismanaged. My purchasing experience was fine but i cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience when you are paying top dollar and can find better service elsewhere.
