Thrifty Car Rental

Service at the counter was fast but horrible attitude. It was a young guy. The car was very very very dirty inside; a lot of old food and garbage between the seat and the middle console. I couldn't take pictures of that but here are some from more visible areas. USB wasn't working. I didn't get my receipt (nor email) upon returning the car.

if you forget anything in the car dont expect it back. we were rushed out of the car quickly and some valuables i had fell out of my bag in the car. i realized a minute after we left the car. went up to the very rude lady in charge of returning the cars she basically said everything she could to get rid of me. file a complaint were short staffed its not my responsibility worst experience ever. we dont live in jacksonville and had a flight to catch which she kept saying yeah youre gonna miss your flight bc she wanted us to leave. it would have taken me one second to grab it. i left in tears because i was given the lost item by someone important to me. the lady could care less. especially once i started to cry because of her carelessness. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. i havent heard back from the claim i filed and probably never will. it would have taken her 5 min to bring the car back and saved me a migraine for crying for so long. worst business ever.

Atrocious. I don't write reviews for anything but this company is so terrible I felt compelled to say something. Got billed a $10 admin fee for every toll I went through. So $10 in tolls became $100. Was not informed about this at all. Get a SunPass or whatever. Also didn't have my car ready when I arrived. Booked a small car and they gave me some giant fuel-guzzling SUV when I arrived after waiting for another hour. Absolutely horrendous. Fought with Chase about paying the ridiculous toll fees (which kept pouring in from different separate bills that made it impossible to understand how much I was actually paying). Genuinely, horrendous company.

Don't ever book with them. In Jacksonville now and to get my rental car after a very long day of traveling they are making every customer wait at least 2 hours to get their car. We heard they gave our cars to golfers that decided to stay another day here. Everyone in line is furious. Horrible customer service.

My flight got in early, and the front desk people were not able to accomodate me at all. They said come back in two+ hours when your booking time was reserved. So with the two+ hours I have at the airport, I get to leave a nice long negative review, thanks!
