        I booked a truck (and I got a confirmation number) but when I got there they didnt have the car I booked or any other car available for me. I asked the responsible person, and apart from telling me they didnt have a car, they said there was nothing they could do to help me because it was a computer reservation - whatever that means. So I didnt get the car I booked and they were quite rude to me. Besides that, they charged me full price on my credit card PLUS taxes as it was a no-show. Thats outrageous! avoid that company if you can, its not worth it. I got support and a very good customer care from Enterprise rent a car.

        Worst experience ever. Rented a truck online. Went to the office and they had no trucks in working cindition. Parking lot had 6 trucks in it. I guess they were broken down. Wasted my morning. Thanks Budget. We will never do business again. I want to give zero stars.
