The Assistant Branch Manager Maria M. provided great customer service from the time we arrived and returned the vehicle very please with the service, I highly recommend this location! Thanks again!

Giselle the manager from enterprise on Duval road Jacksonville florida, Was very rude to my husband and I. We went in to rent a vehicle that we reserved earlier that morning. We asked for a seven passenger seat vehicle, and was told one was reserved for us at 1:30. I was running behind due to an accident on 295 and I did my due diligence with calling them to let them know I was still on my way to ensure my resume was kept. When my husband and I got there we were advised they did not have the 7 seater passenger vehicle we had reserved. No one informed us of this before we got there. Even when I called and informed them I was running late. So we was told we had to pick amongst a few other vehicles. So we picked one, but as we walked out to the garage my husband noticed a seven seater van out there and asked why can we not use that one. Giselle very rudely responded I cant rent that to you and he responded why? She states its due to it already being reserved. So he reminds her we reserved one earlier that morning and were very specific as to what vehicle we needed. Giselle begins getting frustrated and stated do yall want the vehicle or not? My husband stated he wants to know why are reservation did not hold us a vehicle that we needed. Giselle states she does not handle making reservations they have a call center that does that, and they do not know what vehicles they have they do that to just get a sell, and get people in a vehicle. My husband stated so they are lying to the customers, and Giselle very rudely says yes and she cant control what they do. Then proceeds to ask if we are going to get in this vehicle or not, because we dont have to. So I ask for a manager and she states she is the manager. So I states theres no way you are a manager displaying this type of behavior. Giselle states well I dont have to rent a vehicle to you. I said well if you dont want to do your job let someone else check us in. She states no shes going to do it. This is one of the WORST EXPERIENCES IVE EVER DEALT with & this will be my first and last time renting from this enterprise. Giselle is clearly RACIST, and ignorant! The moment my husband asked a question she was very defensive and annoyed. Giselle did not perform a walk around inspection with the vehicle and rushed over the information she wanted me to sign! Ive worked at a car dealership for over 10 years and worked hand to hand with so many enterprise employees, and I know this is NOT HOW THEY ARE TRAINED TO Care for their customers.
